01. Session Scope

• ✅ Design Classes — introduction to tools, materials, processes and creative workflow.
• ✅ Project Accompaniment — review of existing work, feedback and next steps.
• ✅ Available online (Zoom / WhatsApp) or in person depending on location.

⚠ Does not include deliverables such as blueprints, renders, or full project documentation.

02. Payment

• 30% deposit at Booking Request Approval.
• 70% after session.
• Rescheduling: up to 24 hours before session. No refund for no-shows.

03. Intellectual Property

This Agreement ensures our creative collaboration runs smoothly. 1–3 months fixed scope with 3 revision rounds included — minimum project area 100 m². Projects are scheduled by booking queue — secure your slot 3–6 months before construction start. For projects over 300 m² — 2 months of ART Direction included. 03. Owner's Responsibilities

04. Intellectual Property

00. Role Description

SPACE.CAT© acts as Creative Director & Brand Architect for the full lifecycle of the property — from blank canvas to sale. This role covers strategic vision, aesthetic identity, on-site execution supervision, and market positioning. The Creative Director has final say on all design decisions and aesthetic output. The Owner provides investment, legal rights to the property, and fulfils financial obligations on time. All other decisions are made collaboratively.

02. Payment Logic

• Design Project fee paid first — invoiced at project start.
• Upon property sale: Creator's success fee is calculated, and the Design Project fee already paid is deducted from the final amount.
• If not sold — no penalty; sale strategy agreed in good faith.
