It requires maturity, practice and emotional intelligence to reclaim this truth and take responsibility for our emotional state. That will be soon manifested in our reality. Only then we stop being victim and embody Creator the Creator on Earth.

Put it on your altar, light a candle and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes a day.

• Am I aware of my Emotional Body state and what exact area of my life I want to improve now?

• Am I able to recognize my own emotions and take responsibility for them?

• Am I capable to control my negative emotions and only share positive vibe with the World?
