SPACE.CAT© is an independent creative studio offering design services, digital products, art, fashion, and spiritual education experiences — including the SoulMap journey. All services and products are created and curated by Ally, multidimensional artist and creative director.

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SPACE.CAT© offers the following categories of products and services:

• Design services — 2D branding, 3D space design, art direction, and interior design consultations
• Digital products — blueprints, design templates, and downloadable files
• Physical products — art prints, fashion items, and home décor (fulfilled via print-on-demand partners)
• Spiritual education — Sacred Geometry content, SoulMap experience, and guided transformation programmes
• Real estate — curated art estate properties

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• By placing an order you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised
• Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund

Digital products (blueprints, templates, guides) are delivered via email link upon confirmed payment.

• All digital sales are final — no refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded
• Files are for personal use only unless a commercial licence is explicitly purchased
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital files without written permission
• Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase date

Physical products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partners (Printful / Printify). Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.

• Production time: 2–7 business days
• Shipping time: 7–14 business days internationally
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services
• Please verify your shipping address before completing your order

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Damaged or defective items — we will replace or refund at no cost to you
• Wrong item received — we will send the correct item or issue a full refund
• Change of mind — we are unable to accept returns for physical items produced to order
• Digital products — non-refundable once accessed
• Design services — refund policy outlined in individual project agreements

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at ally@space.cat with your order number.

All design and consultancy projects are governed by a separate project agreement provided before work commences. General terms include:

• A deposit is required to begin any project
• Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project complexity and client feedback
• All intellectual property created remains the property of SPACE.CAT© until full payment is received
• Client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, content, and timely feedback
• We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

All content on space.cat — including artwork, photography, text, designs, Sacred Geometry illustrations, SoulMap content, logos, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of SPACE.CAT© and Ally.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission
• Personal use of purchased products is permitted; commercial use requires a separate licence
• The SPACE.CAT© name, logo, and SoulMap brand are protected trademarks

The SoulMap experience and all Sacred Geometry educational content are offered for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes only.

• This content does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Results of personal transformation practices vary and are not guaranteed
• By engaging with SoulMap content you take full personal responsibility for your journey
• Content is protected intellectual property — redistribution is strictly prohibited

SPACE.CAT© shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain. For consumers within the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws apply.
